All DIGITAL products such as downloadable software, licenses & services are not subject of this policy. They are delivered instantly via download links, incurring zero shipping costs

We currently ship physical products exclusively to the following countries:

  • Bulgaria
  • Greece

 

Shipping Costs & Methods

All physical orders are shipped via reliable local and regional courier services (such as Speedy, Econt, or ACS) to ensure safe and trackable delivery.

 

Shipping Rates: We offer FREE shipping for all physical orders purchased from our store.

 

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

Our delivery timeline is divided into two parts: Handling Time (processing) and Transit Time (delivery).

  • Cut-off Time: 14:00 (2:00 PM) 
  • Time Zone: Eastern European Time (EET) / Eastern European Summer Time (EEST) (GMT+2 / GMT+3)
  • Orders placed before 14:00 will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 14:00 will begin processing the following business day

Please note: Dispatch and deliveries do not take place on weekends or official public holidays in Bulgaria or Greece.

 

Shipment & Delays

While we work hard to meet the estimated delivery timelines, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to courier operational backlogs, customs checks, or severe weather conditions. 

  • If your order is significantly delayed, please check the tracking link provided in your email.

Damaged & Lost shipments

If your physical product arrives damaged, or if the courier confirms the package is lost:

  • Please inspect the package upon delivery. If visible damage is present, report it to the courier immediately and refuse the package if appropriate.
  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and product.

Anowave is an extension developer for Magento 1.x and Magento 2.x platforms. We provide a wide range of premium extensions for our in-house and public clients. The extensions we offer extend the capabilities of Magento and provide bespoke functionality. They also fill some gaps in the functionality provided by the base platform and help customers choose Magento as their preferred eCommerce platform.

The extensions we offer are part of our full-range Magento service, which also includes a Premium Helpdesk where customers can speak with actual software engineers and have their issues resolved without hassle. Premium-labeled modules also include free installation, configuration, testing, etc.
