Eligibility & Conditions

The products available for purchase on our web site are open source, downloadable, and fully-functional. Each product provides an online demo, image previews, and video materials to let you fully evaluate it before making a purchase decision.

  1. General Returns: We accept refund requests for change of mind or accidental purchases within the 30-day window. 
  2. Technical Support: After purchase, our support staff is available via Helpdesk to assist in installation and configuration. If you discover a technical issue, please issue a support ticket so we may assist you.
  3. Exclusions: This refund policy does not apply to software that has been customized by our engineers for your specific personal needs, or for modules switched by request after an accidental purchase.

Return Shipping & Fees

  •  Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs for shipping the item back to us, unless the item arrived defective or damaged during delivery.
  • Restocking Fees: We charge no restocking fees (€0) for returned items.

Anowave is an extension developer for Magento 1.x and Magento 2.x platforms. We provide a wide range of premium extensions for our in-house and public clients. The extensions we offer extend the capabilities of Magento and provide bespoke functionality. They also fill some gaps in the functionality provided by the base platform and help customers choose Magento as their preferred eCommerce platform.

The extensions we offer are part of our full-range Magento service, which also includes a Premium Helpdesk where customers can speak with actual software engineers and have their issues resolved without hassle. Premium-labeled modules also include free installation, configuration, testing, etc.
