Overview
Often customers make search typos while searching and get no results in your store. This is one of the main reasons for loosing a potential sale. This extension can overcome this problem by harnessing the Google's Custom Search API in you favour. It works automatically by checking if custom did not get any results from the search and then it displays search suggestions that are often more meaningful and/or displayed without a typo. A typical example would be searching for the phrase "samung phones" (note the missing "s" in samsung). In this case Magento won't return any results and customer is likely to leave the site without even notificng the typo. When installed the extension will show "Did you mean "samsung phones"? and keep the customer in your site and potential help in increasing conversion rates by reducing the number of customers leaving due to not finding products on your store.

Quota Limitations & Extra costs
Google Custom Search API is limited in terms of requests quota. It allows you to make up to 100 requests/day for free. After limit is reached, you need to pay extra cost for increased quota. As of 30/05/2015 it would cost 5$ per 1000 requests (above the 100 free requests/day). In effort to reduce requests, we have designed the extension to make a request to Google Custom Searach API only if Magento's standard search did not deliver any results. Payment is made to Google.

Installation
This extension can be installed in a few minutes, by going through the following steps:
- Download/purchase the extension
- Unzip the file in a temporary directory
- Copy directory contents and paste it in your Magento installation root directory. This extension will NOT replace existing code.
- Go to your admin panel and clear cache. Hit refresh on any of your Magento pages and you're done.
