With Frequently Asked Questions for Magento 2 you can create a list of question & answer pairs in Magento 2 and display them next to each of your products. FAQs are displayed in extra tab on detail page thus creating responsive, visually appealing and useful information for the end client.
FAQs are created through intutitive AJAX enabled interface in product detail page. It allows for quick FAQ management, supports FAQ custom order of appearance and more.

WYSIWYG Driven
The FAQ extension for Magento 2 allows you to quickly create frequently asked question and answer directly in product edit screen by using WYSIWYG editor. You can enter content and format it using a rich editor allowing for perfect styling and flexibility.
Each FAQ can contain HTML formatted content, it can be enabled and/or disabled by option and also positioned in terms of order of appearance.
FAQs will appear on product page automatically.
Quick Inline Edit
Each FAQ can be quickly edited inline by clicking the FAQ itself directly on product page. Inline editing is also WYSIWYG editor enabled and you can use a rich editing functionality directly on screen.

Multiple options supported

Overview
A FAQ section is a must-have in ecommerce. It allows for creating knowledge base for your customers and reduces the number of questions they might have regarding particular product. Unlike other similar solutions that create general FAQ sections, this extension allows for product-specific FAQs. You can have entirely separate knowledge base for each product.
With a ready FAQ available in product's detail page you can quickly answer to customer's query by simply sending customer back to product's detail page. This type of "self-service" support offers great customer experience and adds SEO value to your product detail pages.

How it works
Once installed the extension creates a new tab in the product edit screen where administrator can add one or multiple Frequently Asked Questions. The list of questions is assigned to each individual product allowing for different FAQs per product.(see below)

User Guide & Documentation
Installation from Command Line (Recommended)
This extension can be installed in a few minutes, by going through the following steps:
- Download/purchase the extension
- Unzip the file in a temporary directory
- Copy directory contents and paste it in your Magento installation root directory. This extension will NOT replace existing code.
- Disable the cache under System->Cache Management
- Enter the following at the command line:
php -f bin/magento module:enable --clear-static-content Anowave_Package
php -f bin/magento module:enable --clear-static-content Anowave_Faq
php -f bin/magento setup:upgrade
- Check under Stores->Configuration->Advanced->Advanced that the module is present.
Manual installation
- Download/purchase the extension

Configuration
To enable extension go to Stores -> Configuration -> Anowave Extensions -> Frequently Asked Questions
Follow the instructions on the screen to configure your extension.
Adding FAQs
To add FAQ to product
- 1) Go to Products -> Catalog
- 2) Click Edit on any of your existing products
- 3) Click "Frequently Asked Questions" in "Basic settings"
- 4) In section "Add FAQ" enter title and content and click "Create"
- 5) To change order of appearance of FAQs simply enter the desired position and click "Save" button (top right corner)
Displaying FAQs on Frontend
Frequently Asked Questions are automatically displayed in new tab on product's detail page. This standard functionality can be changed and you can display the list of FAQs at different place in the page and/or in any of your other pages.
