With Frequently Asked Questions for Magento 2 you can create a list of question & answer pairs in Magento 2 and display them next to each of your products. FAQs are displayed in extra tab on detail page thus creating responsive, visually appealing and useful information for the end client.
FAQs are created through intutitive AJAX enabled interface in product detail page. It allows for quick FAQ management, supports FAQ custom order of appearance and more.
A FAQ section is a must-have in ecommerce. It allows for creating knowledge base for your customers and reduces the number of questions they might have regarding particular product. Unlike other similar solutions that create general FAQ sections, this extension allows for product-specific FAQs. You can have entirely separate knowledge base for each product.
With a ready FAQ available in product's detail page you can quickly answer to customer's query by simply sending customer back to product's detail page. This type of "self-service" support offers great customer experience and adds SEO value to your product detail pages.

To enable extension go to Stores -> Configuration -> Anowave Extensions -> Frequently Asked Questions
Follow the instructions on the screen to configure your extension.
To add FAQ to product
Frequently Asked Questions are automatically displayed in new tab on product's detail page. This standard functionality can be changed and you can display the list of FAQs at different place in the page and/or in any of your other pages.
