As of 1st of June, 2016 we have released our brand new help desk interface. It is designed to provide better and faster help to our customers. To submit a ticket, please login to your profile at Anowave and go to Helpdesk.
To login, go to Marketplace and click "Sign in". Once signed, click Helpdesk
